Our work sits on the finishing side of construction as much as the structural: plaster, flooring, joinery, glazing, painting and full building completion — the stages where a project is either handed over clean, or handed over with a list.

Yes — building completion is our registered specialisation. We inspect what has been built, tell you honestly what has to be corrected and what can be carried forward, and quote only for the remaining work.

Whatever you have — the plot papers, a map or naksha, any drawing, and a rough idea of your budget. If you have none of it yet, come anyway. Most of our projects start with a conversation and a site visit, not a file.

Either, depending on the job. Full construction usually works on an agreed rate with a written specification of material; finishing and repair work is quoted item-wise. Whichever it is, the costing is written down and agreed before work starts.

Because you get a registered entity behind the work — a proper agreement, formal billing, and directors who are accountable on record. We have been registered and operating from Civil Lines since 2012, and we are still here to answer for what we built.
